Some positive sides of Jio Fiber ::

Jio provides fiber broadband connection with the security deposit of Rs.1500 only and offers one month trial period. The speed in this trial period offered is 150 Mbps. After the trial period you can recharge with the above mentioned basic plan or any other plans as required.

Alliance Broadband

Starting basic plan :: Rs.400 (with 18% GST Rs.472) 

Speed offered :: 20 Mbps unlimited

Validity :: 30 days

Security deposit :: Rs.3000/- (It may vary according to location, for me it was that amount in Aug, 2016)
